ZERO TO 5KM KICKSTART
RUNNING PROGRAM IN COVENTRY FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS

Tuesdays 6.30pm
 

This course is for complete beginners who would like to work their way up gradually to being able to run 5km. We start off nice and slow by walking and running, and each week increase the distance that you run. We’ll show you how to warm up and cool down and support you every step of the way. Change your life, improve your wellbeing.

 

Join as at the Coventry War Memorial park on a Tuesday at 6.30 pm.
