We're lucky to have Donna on our team.

Russel
A speedy 5k runner, Russel has been an avid park runner for years now. He has more than 200 park runs under his belt, and likes to be a park run tourist when he gets the chance.
As well as 5ks, Russel’s preferred distance is 10ks and half marathons. Russel likes the social side of running and thrives on the physical and mental health benefits.
After joining AATTs on our autumn hike up Snowdon, Russel says he is very much looking forward to more mountain treks, and is now keen to push himself even harder -- and try an ultra!
