Outdoor Experiences For All Ages and Fitness Levels

Whatever your age and level of fitness, we’d love to hear from you. We can help you get fit or explore the beautiful British countryside. Take a look at the following events - and please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any queries or questions.

 

Please note the following fitness levels: 

1 - Suitable for a complete beginner.

2 - Able to walk around 5 km, even where surfaces are uneven.

3 - Able to run 5 km and walk longer distances, even over rough terrain.

4 - Good level of fitness.

5 - Very fit.
