About the event
Meet at Aber Falls car park for a 4km walk up and around this stunning 37m high waterfall along an accessible footpath. A short drive away is The Sychnant Pass, one of Conwy's best kept secrets and the northernmost pass in the Snowdonia National Park. We'll enjoy a hike and take in the scenic views, Welsh wildlife, and rolling countryside. Conwy Youth Hostel is nearby, and this is where we can, eat, drink, relax and sleep. We'll be up and out early the next morning for Conwy Park Run, a sociable 5km run which starts at the RSPB nature reserve, heads toward Conwy's medieval castle, and takes you along the riverside towards the sea. After a run, we'll head home via Betws y Coed, where we'll stop for lunch in a Welsh pub.
